Fat Pig Peptides Affiliate Program — Terms & Conditions

By registering as an affiliate for Fat Pig Peptides, you agree to the following terms:
1. Commission structure
Affiliates earn 10% commission on the net value of completed, non-refunded orders generated through their unique referral link. Commission is calculated after any discounts and excludes VAT and shipping costs.
2. Tracking and cookie duration
Referrals are tracked via cookie for 30 days from the date a visitor clicks your link. If a purchase is made within this window, it will be attributed to you, provided no other affiliate’s cookie has since overwritten it.
3. Approval and eligibility
All affiliate applications are subject to manual review and approval. We reserve the right to reject or remove any affiliate at our discretion, including for violation of these terms.
4. Marketing conduct
Affiliates must not:
- Make medical, therapeutic, or performance claims about any product
- Use misleading, false, or exaggerated statements in promotional content
- Bid on “Fat Pig Peptides” or close variations/misspellings in paid search advertising
- Spam, use unsolicited email, or engage in deceptive marketing practices
- Represent themselves as an employee, official partner, or representative of Fat Pig Peptides beyond their affiliate status
5. Payment terms
Commissions become payable once an order status is marked “Completed” and are held for [X days, e.g. 14] to account for potential returns or refunds. Payouts are issued via [payment method] once your balance reaches the minimum threshold of £100, on a [monthly/on-request] basis.
6. Refunds and cancellations
If a referred order is refunded, cancelled, or found to be fraudulent, any commission earned on that order will be voided or deducted from your balance.
7. Changes to the program
We reserve the right to change commission rates, terms, or discontinue the affiliate program at any time, with reasonable notice provided to active affiliates.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship at any time. Upon termination, any commission already earned on valid, completed orders prior to termination will still be paid out according to the standard payment terms.
