At Fat Pigs, we believe anyone purchasing peptide products deserves confidence in their quality. We don’t expect customers simply to take our word for it—we take responsibility for testing our products and holding ourselves accountable for the standards we promise.
That’s why our peptide products undergo independent UK laboratory testing covering:
- Assay and purity
- Bacterial endotoxins using the LAL test
- Heavy metals using ICP-MS
These tests provide objective information about product purity, potency, endotoxin levels and potential heavy-metal contamination.
Testing is carried out by Marfleet Analytical Services Ltd, an independent UK-based laboratory with extensive experience across the pharmaceutical, food, nutraceutical and speciality chemical industries. Founded in 2015 by Martin Barnard BSc, Marfleet’s team combines decades of analytical and technical expertise.
Working with an independent laboratory helps us verify the quality of our peptide products and gives customers greater confidence in what they receive. Using a UK-based laboratory also provides a clear and accountable testing process, supported by experienced professionals and recognised quality-management procedures.
Marfleet Analytical Services operates an ISO 9001:2015-certified Quality Management System, demonstrating its commitment to consistent standards and continual improvement. Its microbiology division is also progressing an application for UKAS accreditation to ISO/IEC 17025.
