Terms of Sale — Fat Pig Peptides

These Terms of Sale (“Terms”) govern all orders placed through the Fat Pig Peptides website (the “Site”), operated by Power Gainz, trading as “Fat Pig Peptides” (“we,” “us,” “our”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Notice.

1. Research Use Only — Buyer Representation

1.1 All products sold on this Site are supplied strictly for lawful laboratory, analytical, and research purposes only. They are not intended, licensed, or approved for human or veterinary use, consumption, diagnosis, treatment, or prevention of any disease.

1.2 By placing an order, you confirm and warrant that:

• you are at least 18 years of age;
• you are purchasing products solely for lawful research or laboratory use, and not for personal consumption, human administration, or resale for human or veterinary use;
• you will handle, store, and dispose of products in accordance with all applicable laws and safety guidance for laboratory chemicals; and
• you will not resell products to any third party for human or veterinary consumption.

1.3 We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or restrict any order where we reasonably suspect it is intended for personal or human consumption, including on the basis of order quantity, product combination, or delivery address.

2. Orders and Payment

2.1 All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including where a product is unavailable, mispriced, or where we have concerns under Section 1.

2.2 Prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; the price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time of purchase.

2.3 Payment must be made in full at the time of order using the payment methods offered at checkout.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 Delivery area. We currently ship to UK addresses only.

3.2 Method. Orders are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 24, which provides end-to-end tracking.

3.3 Cost. A flat shipping rate of £5.00 applies to all UK orders.

3.4 Dispatch. Orders placed before 11:00am, Monday to Saturday, are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after 11:00am, on Sundays, or on UK Bank Holidays are dispatched the next working day.

3.5 Delivery times. Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver the next working day after dispatch. This is a target provided by Royal Mail, not a guaranteed delivery time, and occasional delays outside our control may occur.

3.6 Tracking. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing tracking details once your order has shipped.

3.7 Packaging. Orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging.

3.8 Address accuracy. You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is complete and accurate. Parcels returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur additional postage charges for re-dispatch.

3.9 Carrier responsibility. Once a parcel has been handed to Royal Mail, we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by the carrier. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us at hello@fatpigpeptides.co.uk and we will assist.

4. Cancellations and Returns

5. Product Information and Disclaimers

5.1 Product descriptions, specifications, and any analytical data (e.g. certificates of analysis) are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a representation of fitness for any particular purpose.

5.2 We make no warranty, express or implied, that products are suitable for human or veterinary use, and expressly disclaim any such use.

5.3 To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss or damage arising from use of products otherwise than for their stated lawful research purpose, including any use inconsistent with the representation made under Section 1.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

6.2 Subject to 6.1, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the price paid for the relevant order.

7. Governing Law

7.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
